Hi, I'm Adam Kotlorz, a software engineer and tech lead with over seven years of experience designing and building dynamic websites and web applications with modern technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, GSAP and Three.js. I also build mobile applications and train AI models.
Beyond hands-on development I bring strong leadership experience, having led projects from concept to delivery, coordinated cross-functional teams, and mentored developers to support both technical and creative growth. I believe in well-structured processes and effective team communication, working with Scrum, Agile methodologies, Radical Candor, continuous feedback loops and outcome-driven planning to build healthy, high-performing teams.
